Three-month training programme for young women and girls from Zvečan/Zveçan municipality offered courses to develop wide range of skills. From digital, technical and soft skill workshops to providing mentoring and networking opportunities, this inititative aimed at preparing young women for the labor market and develop their own business ideas.
